Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for select orders.
If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us before placing your order (or immediately after placing it) to confirm whether same-day pickup is available. Same-day pickup is not guaranteed and is subject to order availability and business hours.
Once your order is ready, you will receive pickup instructions and the pickup location.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 1 PM on business days ships out same day . Orders placed after 1 PM ships out next business day .
Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days if your item is in stock. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through your email. We ship through USPS.
Exchange Policy
At Keisha Kouture, we do not offer refunds. We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order for exchange approval and return instructions.
Exchange Guidelines
Items must be unworn, unwashed,and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery.
The item being exchanged must be of equal or greater value. If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
We recommend using USPS, as it is typically the most cost-effective shipping option.
